30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including original packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at hello@lunajin.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards and final sale items
  • Opened or used personal care and cosmetic products, for hygiene and safety reasons

Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
