Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We offer free standard shipping within the United States on all orders. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–12 business days total (1–3 days processing + 6–9 days transit).

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package at any time.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If your delivery is running behind the estimated window, please first check your tracking information for the latest update from the carrier. If you need further help, reach out to us at hello@lunajin.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you.

Where are LUNAJIN products sourced from?

LUNAJIN curates Korean-inspired skincare formulas made with globally sourced ingredients. All orders are processed, quality-checked, and shipped from our Ontario, California facility.

Are LUNAJIN products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! Our Korean-inspired skincare formulas are crafted with gentle, high-quality ingredients. However, we recommend doing a patch test before full use if you have sensitive skin.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, all LUNAJIN products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals.

Are LUNAJIN products vegan?

Most of our formulas are made with vegan-friendly ingredients. Please check the ingredient list on each product page for specifics — a small number of items (such as snail-derived skincare) are not vegan, and that is always indicated in the product description.

How do I choose the right product for my skin type?

We recommend browsing our collections by concern — whether it's hydration, brightening, or smoothing. If you need personalized guidance, feel free to contact us.
